I can't believe today is the last day in November. Crazy. This month has gone by super fast. I can't believe Christmas is right around the corner.
I finished my 30 Days of Truth. It was harder than I thought it would be. I got a little behind the last week or so but I caught everything up. It was great having my friend Ashley play along with me. We have so much more in common than I thought we did.
I've been working like crazy. Last week, we were so busy with Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up so I'm guessing we will be just as busy. My next paycheck should be really good so I can't complain. In January, we're looking at a lay off. So I've been trying to work as much as I can, for as long as I can.
On the 19th, it was my bff Tiffany's birthday and my girl Felicity Ferraro was putting on a show in Knoxville so we went to see her. We had such a great time. I lost my voice after she came out for the first time and by the time we left, I had no voice at all. It's all good though.
I worked 13 hours on Thanksgiving. So I didn't get to spend it with my family. After I got off work, I did talk to my mom, step-dad Dave and Carlos. I called my dad during my break. Carlos and I talked for over an hour. It was so much fun. He's such a character. He's looking into joining the Navy. Mixed feelings on that one but I'm going to support whatever choice he makes.
Michigan lost the big game this last week. BOO!! :(
A few of my co-workers are always talking about their church and how amazing it is. I've been thinking about finding a church and decided to give it a try. I loved it. It's very laid back. Very different from any church I've been to. All the other churches I've been to have been somewhat formal. Mostly Catholic churches. I think this one will be a good fit for me. It's a non-denominational church. When I've been in church before, I've never really been comfortable. In this church, I feel very comfortable. I'm looking forward to going again.
So that's pretty much what's been going on with me. Exciting, huh?!
