My good friend Sasha posted this as her status on facebook and I had to snag it and post it. It's so true.

You can't grow doing the same things over and over again. You will never learn from your mistakes, if you keep making the same mistakes. Change is good. It's healthy. It's necessary to learn and grow. Your past will stay your future if you don't change the pattern. This is a lesson I had to learn the hard way.
